
Cottonwood - Rockfall
The Model was created with nicely Detailed Textures for High Resolution Renders and also for animation closeup shots. I started by following Image references from multiple angles. CAD file for the Sole area was provided which was later modified to match realism. Texture for parts such as Midsole, Collar, Nose & Laces were custom made. Main leather was a combination of multiple textures merged and smoothly masked to match the original beauty. Software used in the process were Max, Topogun, Painter & Octane.

Modeling Process:
For the Video, the idea was to display the tough built of the shoe around a rough rocky environment. Combination of Cinematic Action style sequence with a beautiful scene composition and modern design description. With the help of Cryptomatte & Zdepth passes, additional background elements and fog depth was created, further enhancing the final output.
